Delicacy for minced meat fans…

  • ½ kg minced meat
  • 1 egg
  • 1 red onion
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 2 spoons of breadcrumbs
  • Parsley leaf
  • olive oil
  • pepper, salt

  • 1 tin of tomato sauce
  • little bit of sugar
  • pepper, salt

Finely chop onion, garlic and parsley. Pour some hot water over minced meat, add breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic and parsley. Mix well all the ingredients.
Form balls and roll each one in some flour. Fry shortly on oil.
Take the fried balls out and put tomato sauce on the rest of the oil (if desired you can simmer an onion and a bell pepper cut in strips before), add salt, pepper and some sugar.
When gravy thickens put the meatballs in and cook all together for an additional half an hour on a low flame. At the end of cooking add some parsley leaves if desired.
Serve with pasta or mashed potatoes and seasonal salad.
