Home-made beaf and mushrooms burgers


Ready in 20 minutes…

Needed (for 6 burgers):

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 sweet onion (chopped)
  • 1 (4 ounce) package fresh mushrooms (chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese (or other)
  • 6 hamburger buns

In a propriate bawl mix together the ground beef, onion, mushrooms, garlic, egg white, and seasoned salt.
Form six hamburger patties from the prepared mixture.
Season burgers on each side with salt and pepper.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Lie the patties into the skillet and cook until golden brown (about 3 minutes per side).
Top each with a slice of Swiss cheese shortly before removing the burgers from the skillet; serve on hamburger buns.
To make these burgers healthiear you can add some fresh vegetables – paprika, lettuce, cucumbers, tomato slices, pickles etc.
And you can replase common patties with one made of whole wheat flour or the one with different kind of seeds….
