Banana Ice-Cream

In No Time…

The only needed ingredient is a frozen banana – for two ice-cream scoops in original version.
Procedure is to freeze a banana over night and when you feel like serving an ice-cream, take the banana out of freezer and using blender or stick mixer, make a nice icy cream out of it.
Decorate as desired – chocolate sprinkles, ground walnuts (almonds or hazelnuts) or others. To serve it is best to use ice-cream scooper.

Together with bananas, you can mix peanut butter and some honey; add few spoons of hazelnut chocolate spread, chopped frozen strawberries and few spoons of sweet cream. After mixing put the mixture back to freezer to allow it to harden. You can also add 2-3 spoons of cocoa, 2 spoons of sweet cream and some vanilla extract. Put back to freezer after mixing.

It is important to serve and consume as soon as possible because as it melts it also darkens.

The best way to freeze a banana is to peel it, cut it into cubes and place it into freezer bags.
